These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ek44 website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively the "Platform") operated by ek44. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ek44 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ek44. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules, promotional terms, or bonus conditions published on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific terms expressly state otherwise.

To register an account on ek44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ek44 strictly enforces its 21+ policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of ek44 or any of its affiliated gaming software providers.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. ek44 may require you to submit supporting documentation — such as a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until identity is confirmed.

Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at ek44's sole discretion, and any balance held in a duplicate account may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. ek44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ek44 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. ek44 will suspend the account pending investigation upon receiving such a notification.

• Keep your password strong, unique, and confidential at all times.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify ek44 promptly of any changes to your registered name, address, or contact details.
• Do not allow any third party to place bets or conduct transactions on your behalf.

ek44 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may harm the integrity of the Platform or other users. In such cases, ek44 will communicate the reason for the action to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal restrictions that may apply.

ek44 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification status and the payment method selected.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be withheld or returned.

ek44 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your payment service provider. ek44 processes all account balances in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

ek44 operates a strict anti-money-laundering policy. Deposits that appear inconsistent with your stated income or usage patterns may be subject to enhanced due-diligence checks. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing a deposit or releasing a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect financial misconduct.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the ek44 account dashboard. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity and payment method confirmed) before any withdrawal is approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• ek44 targets a processing time of 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals; however, this is not guaranteed during periods of high demand or enhanced verification checks.

ek44 reserves the right to conduct security checks on any withdrawal request before authorising payment. Where additional verification is required, you will be notified by email with a request for documentation. Failure to provide the requested documentation within seven calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.

ek44 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the corresponding promotion. In addition to any promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all ek44 offers:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed the registration and verification process.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the stated number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.

Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a single offer, using bonus funds solely on low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — will have their bonuses and any associated winnings voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sports betting market.

The effective date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
